At Tatcha, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
